To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Email receipt is acceptable.
To start return process, please contact us at email@example.com After accepting your return, we’ll provide you a return shipping label through email, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without requesting a return label will not be accepted.
NOTE: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and will definitely make the right solution to satisfy you.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not. You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember the payment takes some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund amount.
